Read for at least 15 minutes every day.

Every morning at 9AM complete PE with Joe Wicks on Youtube

Monday

English:  Using your CGP book complete:

Only 2 pages of reading comprehension and only 2 pages of spelling, punctuation and grammar. You do NOT need to complete 2 pages from every book.

Spellings – Complete the Spellings Look, Cover, Write, Check sheet

2. Summer Term Week 9 (the link at the top of the page), lesson 1
3. There is a video to watch. You will have to pause the video when it tells you to complete a question
4. The question worksheet can be found on the TDA website in the Year 3 Home learning section (Lesson 1 Right Angles in Shapes)
5. Complete the questions on paper and send a photo to your teacher or write directly onto an email/ word document. (Don’t worry if it asks you to shade or match something just show the answer the best way you can).

Science – Read the Forces and Magnets Powerpoint and then complete the Magnets Picture and Description Matching Activity

Art/History – Read the All About Celtic Art PowerPoint then make your own Celtic Stone Art using the activity sheet.

Wednesday

Spellings – Complete the Spellings Loop Cards Game

Maths – Complete Lesson 3 Horizontal and Vertical

Art/History – Make your own Celtic Knot drawing using the activity sheet.

Thursday

English - Using your CGP book complete:

Only 2 pages of reading comprehension and only 2 pages of spelling, punctuation and grammar. You do NOT need to complete 2 pages from every book.

Spellings – Complete the Spellings Wordsearch.

Maths - Complete Lesson 4 Parallel and Perpendicular

Science – Do some research on how magnets are used in either Recycling OR on Maglev Trains and create a poster or factfile or PowerPoint to show what you have found out. You do NOT need to research both – just choose one.  

Friday

English - Using your CGP book complete:

Only 2 pages of reading comprehension and only 2 pages of spelling, punctuation and grammar. You do NOT need to complete 2 pages from every book.

Spellings – ask someone at home if they can test you on this week’s spellings by reading out each word and then saying a sentence with the word in. Check the answers and give yourself a score out of 10.

Maths - Complete the Friday Maths Challenge.
