We have been engaging in various listening events with our students, parents and staff to gather their opinions on community action projects. On 21st February, we joined 135 delegates representing 19 other institutions from across the city at the Citizens UK assembly evening. Stella Uba (year 9) expertly co-chaired the event, while our 6th form student leadership team (James Bryant, Hadiya Shah, Navleen Kaur, Michal Nowak) worked alongside students from QKA to deliver an emotive presentation of the listening campaigns. The final vote for community action projects went to crime and safety, homelessness and Housing, and tackling racism in Schools.
